  1. Conducting district-level selection process under direct recruitment for Class III posts in the Revenue Department within the Establishment section.

  2. Granting various service-related benefits to employees concerning establishment matters.

  3. Providing compassionate appointments to eligible dependents of deceased government employees.

  4. Granting promotions to eligible employees in Class III and Class IV cadres to higher posts.

  5. Initiating disciplinary proceedings against employees as required.

  6. Granting promotions and providing service-related benefits.

  7. Handling matters related to periodic transfers under the Civil Services Board, including inter-district / inter-subdivision / inter-departmental transfers.

  8. Carrying out the work of the Anti-Corruption Committee.

  • Conducting periodic transfers of Junior Clerks, Circle Officers, Revenue Assistants, Drivers, and Peons belonging to Class-III and Class-IV cadres, specifically under the establishment of the District Collector.

  • Handling matters related to the Departmental Promotion Committee, including:

    • Appointments from the Kotwal cadre to the Class-IV cadre.

    • Promotions from the Class-IV cadre to the Revenue Assistant and Driver cadres.

    • Promotions from the Revenue Assistant cadre to the Junior Clerk cadre.

    • Promotions from the Talathi cadre to the Circle Officer cadre.

  • Under compassionate appointment matters: Processing proposals of eligible candidates, maintaining the waiting list, issuing appointment orders, recommending candidates to other departments, and issuing related No Objection Certificates.

  • Handling matters related to the backlog of reserved category employees in the district.

Assured Career Progression Scheme: Providing benefits of the said scheme, as per eligibility, to Assistant Revenue Officers, Circle Officers, Revenue Assistants, Drivers, and Peons belonging to Class-III and Class-IV cadres.
