1. Scanning of records

Scanning of 17,44,338 pages of Original Survey records (excluding scale maps) of 16 offices in 15 talukas of Jalgaon District has been completed.

 2. Establishment of CORS

The district of Jalgaon has four Continuously Operating Reference Stations mainly atJalgaon in Jalgaon Taluka

  1. Tongaon in Bhadgaon Taluka
  2. Fattepur in Jamner Taluka
  3. Amalner in Amalner Taluka

The CORS would be the base station for the ROVERS network which would be helping the administration to achieve zero pendency of measurement cases. Also would create accurate and seamless measurement there by nullifying tampering of measurement.

3. Scanning & Digitization-Out of 15 talukas of Jalgaon district, scanning work of 6 talukas (57552 maps) has been completed and work of 3 talukas is in progress and then work of remaining 6 talukas will be done. After scanning, digitization work of those maps is going on and digitization work of 50099 maps has been completed.

4. Ownership Scheme Under the ownership scheme of villages in 15 talukas of Jalgaon district, land survey work has been started in 1206 villages, out of which the work of 385 villages has been completed and the remaining work is in progress.

5. Panand Roads and Shiv RoadsAs per the 100-day action plan, a special campaign was conducted in Jalgaon district on the orders of the Hon’ble District Collector Jalgaon and District Superintendent Jalgaon and Panand Roads and Shiv Roads of a total of 74 villages were mapped out, roads have been made encroachment-free.

6. Regarding geo-referencing of survey maps: It is necessary to geo-referencing the survey maps after digitization of the survey maps under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Program sponsored by the Central Government. In the first phase, 6 talukas were selected from the state. This includes Parola taluka in Jalgaon district, and the work of G. C. P. Collection in this taluka is being completed.Also, in the second phase, 3 talukas of Jalgaon district, Bhadgaon, Erandol, and Dharangaon, have been selected from the state and work is underway.
