The main role of the branch is to deal with the cases of departmental enquiries initiated
against the class-III and class-IV employees of the State Government and to decide whether
the charges levelled against them are proved or not.
This branch also deals with additional work regarding citizen's grievances received in the Lokshahi Din which is being held on the first Monday of every month. On this day, Hon. Collector and all HODs from Collector office and various other offices in the district hear the grievances and make sure that the solution is reached. |
